About Dharshan
Mentored by Michelle Siebert, Dharshan refined his skills and earned a Diploma from the American Institute of Reflexology. His education, a world journey, took him across continents, receiving formal training in countries such as Australia, India, Nepal, New Zealand, South Africa, Swaziland, the USA, and Zimbabwe. Now, nearing two decades of practice, Dharshan’s methods— a fusion of multiple studied modalities and nurtured intuition—are sought after globally.
Participating in mindfulness-based Hakomi seminars with renowned practitioners like Dr. Suhari Mommsen-Bohm, John Perrin, and Jules Morgaine, as well as a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) seminar with Janet Solyntjes, has profoundly enriched his practice. These experiences have enabled him to create a safe space for clients to explore their inner world and embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery.
By integrating Meditation and Hakomi techniques, Dharshan facilitates a process that allows individuals to examine their habitual patterns and subconscious beliefs, potentially the root of their suffering. This introspective journey fosters clarity and insight, empowering them to make conscious choices that facilitate healing and personal growth.
Dharshan’s commitment to healing also encompasses working with families, including parents, babies, children, and teenagers. As a father, he infuses his interactions with a deeply personal understanding and empathy. Residing in Wellington, New Zealand, he finds joy in tramping, falconry, and immersing himself in the beauty and rhythms of the natural world.
